The Important Stuff
My name is James Ruhle. I’m a 30 year old serial entrepreneur from Southern California with multiple 7 figure exits. I’ve recently transitioned from an operator to a full time angel investor.
I’m passionate about health, travel, business, and generally figuring out how to be .01% better every day.
- I believe the only way to cultivate genuine happiness is by adding genuine value to the world.
- I love talking with innovative problem solvers working on creative solutions to age old problems.
- Most importantly, I don’t think there’s anything more motivating than meeting people that are deeply passionate about what they do.

Some more info about me for those that are curious:
My father was an adventurer. When he was 14 years old, playing baseball with some friends near the New Jersey turnpike in 1950, he tripped across a giant ground sloth fossil. Becoming a national celebrity for his 15 minutes of fame, he was invited by the Natural History Museum to travel the world with them. participating in archaeological digs in Africa, Europe, and all over the Middle East.
My father’s stories cultivated a deep necessity for adventure and a break from the status quo way of life. Although there’s been no digging for fossils, when I was 24 I left the States to chase my own adventure and have never looked back. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to 40+ countries and live in over 15 different cities since then. I’m currently based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Health, Fitness, and athletics have always been a huge part of my life. In the past few years I’ve become deeply passionate with optimizing human performance, with an insatiable hunger for more knowledge… In an effort to satiate this hunger, and with absolutely no scientific background, I decided to launch a primarily science based podcast. The BioTech industry is such an exciting industry to follow, but because so much of the exciting news, updates, and discoveries coming out, and the tech being worked on, is hidden behind a veil of big, complicated, sciencey words, I decided to make it my mission to bring this news to the general public, in an easy to digest way.
Enter the world of BioTech – life extension, longevity, psychedelic therapy, and many other incredibly interesting and exciting technologies that are just over the horizon. Technologies that are so much closer to coming to fruition than people realize. Technologies that will have an impact far greater than the internet, than electricity, than french toast. Technologies that will fundamentally change the human experience. Technologies that will make science fiction a reality.
None of this is meant to be hyperbolic. I, and anyone who is in the know, will agree that the world will be a vastly different place in 10-15 years because of the aforementioned technologies.
